Licensed Managing Broker in the States of Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Wisconsin. I have been in the real estate profession since 1998. I first began my real estate journey from an investor point of view rehabbing and flipping homes. After a couple of years in that space I realized I really enjoyed interacting and working with friends and family that also wanted to purchase and sell real estate and so I focused on sales for many years. In 2012 I moved into the institutional REIT space of real estate where I focused on management of acquisition, rehabilitation, leasing and property management of SFR rentals. We built a portfolio of 15,000 plus homes before merging and going public as a company. In 2015 I took on a new role as Managing Broker of a Turnkey real estate operator helping the every day investor buy, rehab, lease and own investment property. i joined Vylla Home in 2017 to as the Designated Managing Broker for IL and since then I have added the States of Indiana, Michigan, and Wisconsin under my management . I feel that with the thousands of property contracts I have helped negotiate and get to a closing table I have the skills that really allow me to negotiate with experience and help my clients get the best results whether they are looking to sell or looking to buy.
